1.1 Duties and Goals
Hemodialysis services are provided by artificial kidney machines in patients with end-stage chronic renal failure. Patients with acute renal failure and chronic kidney failure patients with emergency problems in the age group of 15 years and older, in accordance with professional standards, receive safe care.
1.2 Scope of Services
Hemodialysis is available on Monday to Saturday 2 times a day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and extra time at 5:00 p.m. 24 hrs in acute renal failure patients and patients with chronic renal failure with emergency problems 24 hours a day.
1.3 Key Recipients and Needs
Patients with chronic renal failure receive dialysis as prescribed schedule according to the dialysis plan together with the nephrologist correctly and safely in accordance with professional standards, and they can use the right of disbursements, civil servant rights, and social security.
For patients with acute renal failure and patients with chronic renal failure with emergency problems at the ICU, they will receive dialysis quickly, safely, and standardized. There is a referral system for continuous care planning for patients at Hemodialysis Department or other Hemodialysis Center in the event that a patient is referred.
